Corporate Services
Our corporate services department blends experienced lawyers with senior legal assistants to provide high quality assistance to our corporate, society and limited partnership clients. Through the use of up-to-date corporate software, we are able to deliver our services in a timely and cost-effective manner. We are working on developing the capability to allow clients secure on-line access to their corporate records. Specific services include:

- registration of B.C. partnerships and limited partnerships;

Financing For Growth
ACCESS Law Group works with dynamic businesses by helping them find ways to raise capital to "fuel" their growth. Our services in this field include:
- helping clients develop realistic and sustainable financing plans and strategies;
- assisting in debt financing's through institutional and specialized lenders;
- sourcing and working with mezzanine and venture capital equity partners;
- developing and implementing syndicated debt and equity offerings including the drafting of disclosure documentation;
