Jason’s approach to civil litigation:

The law gives us a set of procedures and rational principles to protect ourselves from or confront and remedy unfair treatment and to assist us to treat others fairly. The law empowers and it constrains power. My job is to work with you to use these procedures and principles to resolve disputes practically, economically, and justly, preferably through pre-trial proceedings but if necessary in court.
